Tortilla Soup

6 - 8 regular sized cans of chicken broth

½ c chopped cilantro

1 green pepper sliced into thin strips

1 - 2 T cumin (Taste broth after adding each T of cumin to achieve desired taste)

One purchased rotisserie chicken Remove all the meat and add to soup.

Cook soup at low heat for an hour.

Ladle soup into bowls and top with: Tortilla chips, Avocado, Chopped Tomato, Grated cheese, Sour cream and Salsa
