'A LIFE WELL LIVED' E-Zine

March 2017

Hi Everyone,

If you could manifest one major change in your life, what would it be? More peace, more balance, more joy, more love? Spring is more than the turning of a season, it is an opportunity to move forward in a new direction, benefiting you on the deepest level. This time of year is all about having hope in the future. Hope is a lightness of being, a sunniness of spirit and a spring in your step. New growth is the hallmark of Spring, not only in the natural world, but also in the center of our own lives. Coax something beautiful along. It might be an untried activity, a different perspective, or a creative passion. Step into the energy of new life that Spring brings forth and experience a fresh beginning to something wonderful today.

Happy Spring. Plant flowers.

with hope,

~ Bridget

In addition to the regular newsletter line-up, I’ve also posted a very, short story about one woman’s ascent up a mountain, and her subsequent moment of clarity on life.

The Inner Hope of Spring

The arrival of Spring is welcomed by earth’s harmonious response to an impulse of life from Divine Intelligence. It bursts forth, fresh and vibrant with new growth. Heavenly bird song rides the wind and tender green, newly formed leaves cover the land; expressing the unlimited possibility of creation. Warmth and golden light dance upon the earth, in symphony with nature’s rhythm. From out of the darkness of winter, brilliant color and fragrance blossom forth. Can you feel the spiritual energy all around you? Spring is a fortuitous time for re-awakening a rapport with the natural world.

Seasonal Recipe

Grilled Kale Salad with Miso Lime Dressing

Nutrient dense Kale is an excellent source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E and K, as well as, manganese, copper, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, protein, folate, omega-3 fats, and dietary fiber. This is one, healthy green and yes, it can also taste great. Grilled Kale is popping up on menus everywhere. In the winter, I add dried figs and grape tomatoes and when summer’s bounty shows up in farmer’s markets, I change it up with sliced, fresh peaches, blueberries and feta cheese. Everything comes together easier than you might think and this salad is definitely entertaining-worthy. Give it a try.
