Waldorf Salad With A Twist
6 gala apples chopped with skins left on.
1 lemon juiced or 3 T lemon juice
Combine apples and lemon juice in a bowl and set aside.
2 stalks celery chopped.
¾ c glazed cashews chopped.
(You can use any kind of glazed nut).
2 c cool whip combined with ½ c mayonnaise and 4 T sugar
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
