Crunchy Tossed Romaine Salad

1 pkg ramen noodles (discard flavor packet)

4 T butter

1 bag cleaned and chopped fresh broccoli

2 heads romaine lettuce cleaned and chopped

4 green onions chopped

Sweet and sour dressing

Brown walnuts and ramen noodles in butter and cool on paper towels. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine and onions. Pour desired amount of dressing on salad and toss

Sweet and Sour Dressing

1 c vegetable oil

1 c sugar

1/2 c red wine vinegar

3 T soy sauce
