Summertime Fruit with Vanilla infused Mascarpone Cheese topping
Summertime Fruit with Mascarpone Cheese
One 8 oz. container of Mascarpone cheese
5 T honey
2 T vanilla extract
Seeds scraped from one vanilla bean
6 T heavy cream
Combine Cheese and next 4 ingredients. Refrigerate until needed.
For this dessert, I sliced one white peach, 1/4 c of raspberries and half a kiwi per person.
I combined the fruit into a serving dish and topped it with a couple tablespoons of the vanilla cheese sauce.
It's very light and perfect for a hot summer night.
