This is not an ATC ... it's a greeting card. I just had to add the image because it's so very elegant.

The mounted rubber stamp I used is called 'Pleasure' by B Line Designs. This stamp is available for online purchase at the cards n stamps web-site. ( link to follow )

I also used Peerless Watercolors to color the image. These watercolors are unusual in that the paint is on a card that is presented in a booklet form. It's so convenient and the colors are beyond rich. Peerless Watercolors are available for online purchase at Vickie Enkoff's wonderful site. ( link to follow )

Canvas Art Doll

This 'paper' doll was created using painted, canvas fabric.

The individual parts were created with a rubber stamp. Each piece was painted with Lumière paints and texture stamps. There is a triage of colors - purple, gold and turquoise. Over the wet paint, a textured stamp was used to add interest and depth to the canvas.

Each of the legs were strung with coordinating fiber. The arms were top stamped with inked texture stamps. Embellishments include a painted and beaded canvas tutu, more beads and a wee collage in place of facial features.

To finish, the entire doll was edged in gold ink, pieced together with brads and backed with heavy card stock.
